1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, purchasing products, or renting e-bikes from E-Bike Supercenter, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

- Use equipment responsibly

- Follow all local laws and safety rules

- Not misuse or damage equipment

3. Rentals & Equipment Responsibility

When renting an e-bike:

- You assume full responsibility for the bike during the rental period.

- You are liable for any damage, theft, or loss.

- You agree to return the bike in the same condition prior to the rental.

You are financially responsible for:

- Damage to the bike

- Damage to property

- Injury to yourself or others

- Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

4. Safety & Liability Waiver

E-biking carries inherent risks.

By using our products or rentals, you agree:

- You ride at your own risk

- You accept all responsibility for injuries or damages

- E-Bike Supercenter is not liable for: Accidents, Injuries, Death, Property damage to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Helmet use is strongly recommended (and may be required depending on age or circumstances).

5. Physical Condition

You confirm that:

- You are physically capable of operating an e-bike

- You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

- We reserve the right to refuse rentals for any reason.

6. Payments & Fees

All rentals and purchases must be paid in full.

Late returns will incur additional charges.

Damage fees will be assessed based on replacement/repair cost, including labor.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Rental cancellations may be subject to timing restrictions.

Rental cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.

No-shows will not be refunded.

Inclement weather affecting more than 50% of your rental time will be handled as a credit toward a future rental.

Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances and may be prevented by paying cash.

8. Business Texting, Calling, Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and SMS communications related to your interaction with E-Bike Supercenter.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, branding, images, text) is owned by E-Bike Supercenter and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

E-Bike Supercenter shall not be liable for:

- Indirect damages

- Lost profits

- Personal injury beyond what is legally required

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-Bike Supercenter from any claims arising from:

- Your use of equipment

- Your violation of these terms

- Your negligence or misconduct

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
