3. Rentals & Equipment Responsibility

When renting an e-bike:

You assume full responsibility for the bike during the rental period

You are liable for any damage, theft, or loss

You agree to return the bike in the same condition

You are financially responsible for:

Damage to the bike

Damage to property

Injury to yourself or others

Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

4. Safety & Liability Waiver

E-biking carries inherent risks.

By using our products or rentals, you agree:

You ride at your own risk

You accept all responsibility for injuries or damages

E-Bike Supercenter is not liable for: Accidents Injuries Death Property damage

To the fullest extent allowed by law.

Helmet use is strongly recommended (and may be required depending on circumstances).

5. Physical Condition

You confirm that:

You are physically capable of operating an e-bike

You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

We reserve the right to refuse rentals for safety reasons.

6. Payments & Fees

All rentals and purchases must be paid in full

Late returns may incur additional charges

Damage fees will be assessed based on repair/replacement cost

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Rental cancellations may be subject to timing restrictions

No-shows may not be refunded

Refunds are issued at our discretion
